By using kixcustoms.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Handmade products. Every pair is painted by hand. Screen colors may differ slightly from the finished product, and small variations between pairs are normal — they aren't defects.
3. Orders and pricing. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
4. Custom designs. By submitting artwork or references, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline requests involving third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted characters we aren't licensed to reproduce.
5. Our content. Our photographs, original designs, and site copy belong to KixCustoms and may not be reused without written permission.
6. Customer photos. We may feature finished orders on our social channels. Email support@kixcustoms.com if you'd prefer we didn't, and we won't.
7. Cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately.
8. Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
9. Care. Damage from machine washing, harsh chemicals, prolonged soaking, or heat exposure isn't covered.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.
11. Changes. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the current version.
