Haven't got tracking yet?
That's normal if you ordered recently. Every pair is painted to order — 1–2 business days processing, then 3–7 business days of hand-painting. Tracking is emailed automatically the moment your pair ships.
Tracking not moving?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a package in. If there's been no update for 7 days, email support@kixcustoms.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Shows delivered but nothing arrived?
Check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us within 14 days so we can open an investigation.
