Every pair at KixCustoms is hand-painted to order, so shipping time is separate from production — the clock starts once your pair is finished and leaves us.

Delivery estimates are counted from the ship date, after processing and production — not from the date you placed the order.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Delays

We hit the timelines above the vast majority of the time, but high volume, holidays, weather, and carrier problems can push things back. If your order is affected, we'll let you know.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate.
