Automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies.

Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, send confirmations and tracking, answer messages sent to support@kixcustoms.com, improve our site and products, send marketing emails if you opted in, and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only what's necessary, with: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and our email and analytics providers. We also disclose information where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, remember preferences, and help us understand traffic. You can disable them in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, and tax or accounting obligations — typically 7 years.

Your rights

Children
